I need your help!

I love baking and baked goods in general. I need help figuring out how to add extra protein/nutrients to recipes, specifically whey or protein powder. How much would you add to a batch of cookies or cupcakes? I know baking destroys certain types of nutrients. Would this defeat the purpose of adding whey?

  1. whoisjarquin answered: No! I bake things with protein all the time and it is very delicious :) I go for low carb but depending on the size you’re making 1-2 scoops.
