I just killed it -NSV
My leg workout was fantastic. I was able to up some weight and really push for more. I took my measurements today for the first time in a month and almost every number was lower than last month. Have you set any personal bests this week?

Finally finished my workout. I was having a difficult time finding the correct weight for calf raises so I took some extra time to figure out what felt right. Polypro & a rest day
I’m taking a break from weights today, which means I will have more time to play with hoops. Speaking of polypro… I am only going to sell 4 more hoops from this batch before calling it quits for the year. Hoops are $30 + $15 for shipping.
