My dad asked me to make a gif...
So I went through the trouble of resizing, cropping and getting rid of a time stamp. I uploaded it to his forum to make sure it was done correctly. He emails me back saying it looked nice… and then he asked if I could change the size of the images, add transitions and slow it down. I just killed it -NSV
My leg workout was fantastic. I was able to up some weight and really push for more. I took my measurements today for the first time in a month and almost every number was lower than last month.

Legs & other things
Finally finished my workout. I was having a difficult time finding the correct weight for calf raises so I took some extra time to figure out what felt right. I am up to lifting 30lb dumbells for calf raises. It doesn’t feel like enough, but my grip sucks so I find it difficult to physically hold more.

Polypro & a rest day
I’m taking a break from weights today, which means I will have more time to play with hoops.
Speaking of polypro… I am only going to sell 4 more hoops from this batch before calling it quits for the year. Hoops are $30 + $15 for shipping. I currently have lime green and pink (glows red in blacklight) in 5/8”. I will post pictures later today.
